Your Google Calendar and Outlook appointments, in its memory
The dentist is in Google Calendar, Monday's meeting in Outlook, your niece's birthday in the phone's calendar. XNeuronal reads the calendars you check and files them in its memory: when you ask about your week, nothing is missing.
The calendars you check, nothing else
In Settings > Phone Calendar, you check the calendars to read: your Google account, your Outlook calendar, the phone's own calendar. XNeuronal reads what your Android phone already knows: no password to hand over, no extra account to connect.
Nothing is read until you check something. Each appointment becomes a card, and reading happens again on its own: when you come back to the app, when your calendar changes, and regularly in the background.
It knows your week
“What do I have this week?” also counts the appointments added in Google Calendar from the office computer. The morning briefing announces them with everything else: the 9 o'clock meeting, Jules's piano lesson, the plumber's visit.
In the app's calendar, a source filter shows everything, or just one calendar. When an appointment changes in your calendar app, XNeuronal picks up the change on the next read.
What you dictate lands in your calendar
“I've got the mechanic on Thursday at 2pm.” The appointment is set in XNeuronal, then written into the calendar you chose for that: you find it on the office computer as well as on the tablet at home, wherever that calendar shows up.
Move it later, “put the mechanic at 4pm”, and the change follows in your calendar.
Birthdays, with the age
If you check the birthdays calendar, each one shows up in the calendar with a little cake, the first name, and the age the person is turning when the birth year is known. Without a reliable year, XNeuronal shows no age rather than a wrong one.
Airbnb, Booking, a club: calendars by link
From version 1.0.14 of the app, XNeuronal also takes calendars shared by link: the Airbnb or Booking reservations for your rental, the football club's schedule, the school's. It rereads each link on its own every two hours. An .ics invitation received by email opens with XNeuronal and joins your calendar.
