Delete your XNeuronal account.
Deleting your account is permanent: it erases your data from our servers. You have two options.
1. From the app (immediate)
- Open the app settings, then the “Account” screen.
- Tap “Delete my account.”
- Confirm: deletion is immediate and permanent.
2. By email
Write to contact@xneuronal.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Account Deletion.” We will process the request within a maximum of 30 days, in accordance with GDPR.
What's deleted
Your neurons and cards (notes, reminders, tasks, contacts), your attachments, your conversation history, your shares (cards you shared will no longer be accessible to their recipients), your preferences, and your email address.
What might be kept
To comply with our legal obligations, we keep an anonymized deletion log (a non-reversible technical fingerprint, with no readable personal data) for 5 years. If you responded to our feedback request, your response is kept in anonymized form. Nothing else.
If you use XNeuronal without an account
In anonymous mode, your data is linked to a technical identifier on your device and is automatically purged after 90 days of inactivity. For immediate deletion, write to us at contact@xneuronal.com.
