General Terms and Conditions of Sale
XNEURONAL is currently free: no paid offers are available. These terms will only apply if a paid offer is introduced in the future.
1. No Paid Offer
As of today, no goods or services are sold via XNEURONAL. No payment is required to use the service. In the absence of a paid offer, there is no sales relationship between you and the publisher.
2. In Case of Future Paid Offer
If a paid offer is introduced, comprehensive general terms and conditions of sale will be presented to you and must be accepted before any purchase. They will specify, in particular: the characteristics and price (in euros, all taxes included), payment methods, and the duration and possible renewal of the subscription.
3. Right of Withdrawal (Future)
For distance purchases, you will generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For a digital service that you request to be performed immediately, this right may be waived if you expressly renounce it after being informed, in accordance with the Consumer Code.
4. Consumer Mediation (Future)
In the event of a paid offer intended for consumers, the contact details of a consumer mediator will be provided here, in accordance with the law. This mention will be added when such an offer is introduced.
