Reminders and agenda: set a date in one sentence
An appointment is dictated just like you'd tell a friend. XNeuronal sets the due date, adds it to the agenda on the right, and rings at the appointed time, even without a network connection.
How it understands the date
"Thursday at 2pm," "in three weeks," "the 10th at noon," "every Monday": XNeuronal understands everyday language, including repetitions. It reads back what it understood, so you can correct it if needed.
An appointment without a time becomes an all-day event. It rings in the morning, at the time of your daily briefing (8am by default, adjustable in Settings > Notifications).
Two channels for ringing
Each reminder is set as an alarm on your phone, which works without a connection, and is backed up by a secondary notification if the app has been closed for a long time. The sound for each type of reminder can be chosen in Settings > Notifications.

Set an appointment
How do I set an appointment?
- Hold the microphone: "I have a dentist appointment Thursday at 2pm."
- XNeuronal confirms the date and time. If it's not right, say: "no, Friday."
- The appointment appears on the right page, the calendar, in day, week, month, or year view.
Set the advance notice period
I want to be notified an hour before, every time
- Say it once: "for appointments, always notify me an hour before."
- This rule applies to all subsequent appointments. A category can have its own: "for medical appointments, notify me twice."
Reschedule or cancel
How do I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
- "Reschedule the dentist to 3pm" or "cancel the dentist": the card is updated, and so is the alarm.
- An appointment from your phone's calendar is modified in that calendar, not here: XNeuronal will tell you.
See your week
How do I check my calendar?
- Ask "what do I have this week?": XNeuronal answers and opens the card.
- Or swipe the home screen to the left: the calendar appears by day, week, month, or year, with a filter by type and calendar.
- In the morning, the daily briefing reads out your appointments for the day, including those from your phone's calendar if it's linked.

- How do I find my reminders, my shopping, my appointments?
- Ask aloud (“show me my list,” “my reminders”): a card opens. Or swipe to the right page. And XNeuronal sends you notifications at the right time, without you having to look for them.
- Does it bother me all the time with notifications?
- No, it's the opposite. By default, it stays silent. It only notifies you for what you've asked it not to forget, at the useful moment. You can even tell it to be quiet about a specific topic.
